Appointment reminder email notifications occur automatically one day prior to the appointment to both you and the client at 6PM:

Go to ‘Dashboard’ > ‘Booking’ (left side) > ‘Settings’ (left side below Booking) > ‘Email notifications’ (tab, top left).
