We charge a one-time fee of $500.00 for a semi-custom therapist website which *includes 1 month of hosting.

If you already have your domain we will take care of transferring to InSession.
THE PROCESS
- The client chooses an existing design.
- We will populate your site with all the text, photos, and PDF forms that you provide please note all text must be provided in copy/paste format, also please find our free photo resource.
- We can change fonts (you choose from google fonts), colors (you provide the values), and photos (you select from our library or you provide), within the limits of the chosen design configuration.
- You can add your own logo if you have one or we can create a logo for you at an additional cost.
- If you have all of your materials ready such as text, photos, PDFs, etc, then this process will take 7-10 business days. Typically clients take 2-4 weeks to complete the entire process.
- Use the initial set up form to send your materials. Please watch our video tutorial on how to complete this form.
- Once we populate the site with your provided materials, we can then further customize your new website within the limits of the chosen design configuration.
- Please note that we allocate 8 total billable hours to complete the entire process.
- You can take as much time as you like using your 8 billable hours, but please note that after 30 days, your hosting will automatically start.
- If you continue to make requests past the 8 total billable hours, we will first notify you and then ask if you would like to continue with your request at an ad-hoc rate of $85/hour.
TERMS
$500/one time – paid in full at the beginning of your project
$22/month hosting – DIY updates (paid annually) or $29/month to month
$60/month hosting – we do your all your updates after launch
NOTE
Branding, logo development, and copy writing are not included, you must provide these elements. Photos maybe select from our library or you can provide your own licensed or personal photos.
