On specific pages e.g. ‘Home’ (Dashboard > Home) click a section name e.g. ‘Top Photo + Text Overlay + Button’ and look for the ‘HTML ELEMENT’ section and you will see h1, h2, h3, etc. which indicates different heading font sizes.

Also On the dashboard look on the left click ‘Styles + Fonts’

Then explore the ‘Fonts’ tab and the ‘General’ tab

These are more global settings as opposed to page specific.

Don’t forget to Save after each selection and then refresh your browser to see the changes.

When you finish styling and styles are compiled, don’t forget to turn it off.
